H2O supports a wide range of file formats, including JPEG, PNG, and PDF. To ensure the best printing quality, it’s recommended to use high-resolution images and to check the platform’s guidelines for any specific requirements related to your product.

Upload Instructions:

    1. A2 Canvas (1 piece): Please upload one image and label it as “A2”  to indicate the image you want on the A2 canvas.
    2. A3 Canvases (1 piece): Please upload one image and label them as “A3” for the A3 canvas.
    3. A4 Canvases (1 piece): Please upload one image and label them as “A4” for the A3 canvas.

Kindly take note that due to the nature of our product we need to limit the volume of these marked down products in accordance with raw materials on-hand & to ensure we can handle the work load. Thank you for understanding!

Keep in mind that we automatically print orders where photos have been uploaded, so there is no option to change/edit your order and/or your photos at a later stage!
